Dr. Plotnikoff is a board-certified internist and pediatrician who has received national and international honors for his work in cross-cultural and integrative medicine. He is a graduate of Carleton College, Harvard Divinity School, and the University of Minnesota Medical School. Plotnikoff is a frequent invited speaker and has been quoted in the New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, and numerous other newspapers internationally. He has been heard on Minnesota Public Radio’s “All Things Considered,” “Mid-Morning,” and NPR’s “Speaking of Faith” and “Science Friday.” He has also been a frequent commentator on medical issues for local radio and television. Mark B. Weisberg, PhD, ABPP
Mark B.Weisberg, Ph.D., ABPP, is a clinical health psychologist. He is a Community Adjunct Professor in the Center for Spirituality and Healing, University of Minnesota, and is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association as well as a Fellow and former Vice President of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. He is a partner of the Minnesota Head and Neck Pain Clinic, an integrative chronic pain clinic with four locations in the Twin Cities. Additionally, he has a private practice in Minneapolis. Weisberg has been involved in clinical practice, teaching, and consultation in integrative mind-body medicine for the last twenty years. He has provided consultation to many integrative medicine programs around the country, including Dr. Andrew Weil’s Program in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona Medical School. Weisberg is frequently interviewed on television, radio, print media, and the Internet. In addition to teaching online classes, he gives several invited keynote addresses every year and teaches at many national conferences.
